My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were exceptionally clean with an extremely comfortable huge bed and a very spacious bathroom/shower. The service for my birthday celebration was lovely and welcoming, especially from the Innkeeper Alison. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the most popular stores and restaurants. The dining experience was substantial, offering yummy grab-and-go options in the morning. Overall, a great value for money with some minor downsides in the dining options and facilities.
The hotel is wonderfully located right in the heart of downtown, making it convenient to walk everywhere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and include a nice living area with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom and shower are particularly luxurious.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were beautifully decorated, complete with a comfortable bed and all the essentials for our dog who didn't want to be alone. The sleeper sofa was a great addition, along with the dry bar, wine fridge, and an extra room with another sleeper sofa. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and accommodating staff, especially towards us and our puppy. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the harbor and the bustling Thames Street. The dining experience was absolutely mouth-watering, especially the delicious ham and bacon egg croissants prepared by the InnKeeper.
